The tree mix on this property is mostly both Poplar Trees and Spruce trees.

The mature trees were harvested back in 1995 some 28 years ago.

At that time anything under a 6 inch base would not have been harvested so those trees are now 28 years older and the new growth is now 28 years old.

These trees will be anywhere from 20 feet to 40 feet tall depending on the species.

The contour map shows very little elevation change, primarily rolling type terrain.
